  The Price on the shelves are often wrong, not showing the right price or often is an offer but than when u are on the payment this article is not in offer like on the shelves and none of the personal is able to help you or to explain it. Today I want to buy a pair of havaianas flip flops on sale on the shelves for 9.99 Euro but than on the check out was for 17,90! And the Young Girl on the Kasse was Not able to Check it for me. And this is Not the First Time there, always watch out before u pay something. I was going afterwards to give a complaint but than there was another young man working on the customer point that instead of greeting me in as just keeping on talking with a colleague about a change of shift in front of me, for 1 minutes and while he stop talking with his colleague finally and the telephone was ringing he decided to still ignore me but to get the call first. Well, enough. Really bad customer service in Decathlon Schoneweide Berlin. And such a caos on the shelves.
